Job scope & responsibilities:
  1. Responsibility
  • Establish, plan, execute and evaluate the CRM strategy. Leveraging the 1 card database and B2S own big data to analyse shopping behaviors/patterns to design effective CRM strategies and programs to keep loyalty, increase purchase frequency and spend per visits.
  • Initiate and implement CRM/Loyalty program management strategy to increase ticket count and value to business
  • Develop and implement effective CRM and promotion program in respond to strategies in both online/offline tactics
  • Analyze customer behaviors to define source of growth from potential customer segmentation, price/product affinity segmentation and translate into core action plan to drive growth to business
  • Provide recommendation and plan for promotion across relevant categories to increase visit frequency&spend and maintain relationship with B2S customers
  • Responsible for budget controlling from initiated programs
  • Build and maintain relationship with partners to ensure the benefits to customers and processes are executed effectively.
  • Employing usage strategies from identifying the right programs to leverage with co-partners throughout the year to increase visit/spend to targeted customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns such as budgets, expenses, customer responsiveness for maximum effectiveness
  • Managing projects, develop department manager and maintain positive working environment within the team and between department.
  • Identify potential category, segment, market and provide business recommendation to create competitive advantage in both CRM and promotion based on market intelligence analysis data



  •  Minimum Bachelor degree
  •  Male/Female, Thai nationality, age between 28- 35 years
  •  Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing
  •  Above 5 years experiences in marketing or trade marketing and CRM
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Strong interpersonal, communication and well organized skills
  •  Good analytical skill and be able to translate into business recommendation
  •  Professional appearance and presentation skills
  •  Able to speak in public
  •  Good command of written and spoken Thai and English
  •  Excellent team working skills
  •  Leader competences
  •  Highly organized and responsible
  •  Ability to work under pressure
  •  Efficiency in time management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
